Deleting your data.
If you run a business on HIVRA
Email privacy@hivra.ai from the email address registered on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 calendar days. You can also cancel your subscription first from Settings → Billing; the same deletion then happens automatically 90 days after cancellation.
Once processed, we delete:
- business data (profile, brand, knowledge base, integrations and their credentials);
- uploaded and synced contacts;
- conversations and messages on every channel, voice-note transcriptions, call transcripts and summaries;
- campaigns and their recipients;
- bookings, orders and payment-link records held by HIVRA (your Stripe or PixelPay account keeps its own);
- operator accounts.
If you want a copy of your contacts and conversations first, say so in the same email and we send it before deleting. Deletion is permanent.
If you messaged or called a business that uses HIVRA
The business you contacted controls your data. You can ask that business directly, and it will ask us to delete you as a contact together with every message and call transcript.
You can also email privacy@hivra.ai with the phone number or account you used and the name of the business. We verify the request against that number, forward it to the business, and confirm to you once it is done — within 30 days (45 days for California requests).
Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp data
HIVRA receives data from Meta only for the pages, Instagram accounts and WhatsApp numbers a business connects, and only to answer that business’s customers. Removing the HIVRA app from your Facebook or Instagram account settings stops that access; to delete what was already stored, use either route above. We do not keep Facebook or Instagram profile data beyond the conversation itself.
What may remain, and for how long
Some records stay in security logs and encrypted backups for a limited additional period, at most 90 days, to meet legal, accounting and audit obligations, and are overwritten in the normal retention cycle. Invoices HIVRA issued to you are kept as tax law requires.
