Bookings and payments

A booking is confirmed when we say so in writing (WhatsApp, SMS or email). Prices are those shown at the time of booking or purchase. Cancellation and refund conditions are those we communicate at the time of booking; if none are stated, contact us before the appointment to cancel without charge.

Text messaging (SMS) program

By providing your mobile phone number to HIVRA and opting in — on our web form, by texting us first, or in person — you consent to receive text messages from us about appointment confirmations, class or appointment reminders, booking updates, payment links and replies to questions you send us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Help: reply HELP, or contact us at farid@hivra.ai · +12056563017. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Calls

Calls to our number may be answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded and transcribed to serve you. If you asked us to call you on our web form, that call may be placed by our AI assistant.

How we handle your information, including that SMS consent and mobile numbers are not shared with third parties for marketing, is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version.
