What we collect

Your name, phone number and email when you contact us, book with us, buy from us or fill in our web form; the messages you exchange with us on WhatsApp, SMS and by phone (including calls answered by our AI assistant, which may be recorded and transcribed to serve you); and payment confirmations from our payment providers. We never store full card numbers.

Text messages (SMS) and calls

If you opt in on our web form, by texting us first or in person, we send text messages about appointment confirmations, reminders, booking updates, payment links and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

SMS consent and mobile phone numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for the platform and carriers that deliver the messages on our behalf.
