> HIVRA is an agentic CRM for small and mid-sized businesses in Latin America and the United States: AI voice and text agents that answer every WhatsApp chat, Instagram and Messenger DM, SMS and phone call 24/7, book appointments into the business's real calendar, send payment links, follow up with leads and win back lost customers, with memory of every customer. Bilingual: Spanish and English.

HIVRA works alongside a business's team rather than replacing it: the AI agent handles the routine conversations and hands off to a person, with the context, when a human is needed.

## What HIVRA does

- Answers customers on WhatsApp (official WhatsApp Business Cloud API), Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, SMS and phone calls, in Spanish or English.
- Books appointments and classes against real availability in the business's own system (MindBody, Google Calendar, Cal.com, Cloudbeds for hotels), and takes orders from a Shopify or menu catalogue.
- Sends payment links and confirms payment before an order or booking goes ahead.
- Follows up with new leads (Meta Lead Ads, website forms, click-to-WhatsApp ads) within minutes, and runs win-back and retention campaigns.
- Keeps one record per customer across every channel (CRM: contacts, leads, deals, tasks), and syncs to Zoho CRM.
- AI voice agent: answers and places calls, books during the call and sends a summary to the team.
- Agents for the team: a Meta Ads agent, a marketing research agent, and HIVRA Copilot, which trains the customer-facing agent in plain language.

## Pricing

Every plan includes every feature; plans differ by monthly usage credits, locations, storage and support. 1,000 credits = US$1. An answered AI call minute uses 500 credits; an answered WhatsApp or SMS message uses 150 credits. Messages the team types by hand and bookings are free.
